Hi, I have two instances of Pro on MacBook and iMac, both 3.3.0 updated.

iMac has 13.7.8 OS version, MacBook 26.5.1 macOS.
DB file stored on iCloud drive, and I'm working on both devices with this file.
Everything was fine, but now i have strange balances on old iMac, while on MacBook everything is fine.
Also, when I'm syncing, no files shown on borh devices, so I can't use cloud version of file to check if it works fine.
Any suggestions?

We recommend to use embedded sync however.

For sure, it's done as described here: https://community.alzex.com/d/573-share-a-budget-through-third-party-cloud-services, and db file used like local file after shared folder sync.
as I mentioned above, when I'm trying to sync with alzex cloud, no file appears there after syncing, though no errors shown during sync.

Perhaps you should enable ”keep backup copy in the cloud” in the sync settings: https://community.alzex.com/d/993-setting-up-cloud-synchronization
