Data File Became Zero Size and Unable to Sync with Google Account

Dear Concern,

I hope you are well.
Since this morning, my data file in Alzex Finance has become 0 KB in size and is no longer opening. Additionally, I am unable to sync my data using my Google account.

Kindly guide me on how to recover my lost data and restore synchronization with my Google ID.

Restore your database file from a backup: tap download from the cloud button (if you've set up cloud sync and backup in the app settings) or any other backup copy you've made.

This means that cloud backup wasn't enabled in the app settings.
