Try to restart the app and your phone. If it won't help, reinstall the app and set up sms recognition again, follow this instruction: https://community.alzex.com/knowledge-base/article/sms_recognition_android

I was do everything unistall install unistall norton antivirus check permission to sms restart my samsung a50 but after last update for transactions of my bank still Not working SMS .
