Synchronization problems

My synchronization file exists in Google Drive and use it with my Android application.

I add transactions from the Windows application (using Windows 10) but these do not appear in the Android application (I sync) and the same happens when I do it from the Android application.

What the procedure to synchronize?

Try Dropbox instead of Google Drive, it works better.

Hello

I am using Drop Box but the synchronization is erratic , sometimes works sometimes no. I have th choose every time wich account to use . Can anybody explain how it works becuase the manual does not

Open your file and tap sync now button. That's all. You can also try this beta with automatic sync: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.alzex.finance

Hello

I am sorry but it does not work.

In the APP phone sometimes receives from de desktop sometimes not. I try what you suggest but it does not work. Now it synchronize from the phone to desktop but not the contrary and it did it only after I installed the APP again in the phone. In the dropbox file it shows database with nº 1 , 2 or 3 . in the phone also . Is there any site where I can read it to make it work because in the manual it is not explain

Check, are both desktop and mobile versions sync with the same file in Dropbox. BTW, you can sync two copies of one database, you aren't able to sync two different databases even if they have the same name.

Hi

I still can not synchronize. Attach you have all the files and how it appears in the phone.

As you can see in the desktop I have files that do not appear in the phone and vice versa.

today I could not synchronize anything!

Sorry I just can not understand when you say "Open your file and tap sync now button". Which file?

I see so many as account that i try them all and still does not synchronize

A lot of copies. Do you really need all of them? May be if you delete unnecessary copies and leave one data base file it will be much easy to sync data. Don't make copies, open data base and tap "Sync now" button in the main menu (sidebar on the left).

Hi

Every day a new copy of data base appears if I use the Alzex. I do not make copies they just appears in the Backup, sometimes in Dropbox or in the phone. What should i do? Delete daily ? And it still does not synchronize well. Everything I change in Alzex I synchronize, in spite of having selected the " Automatic synchronization", but most of the time the it does not appears in Dropbox or in the phone. In the phone also appears new data base everyday. Shell I delete them? An wich one?

Sorry I must be doing something wrong I just do not know what1

You're definitely doing something wrong. Perhaps you've set automatic backup to the folder in Dropbox where the database files are located (God knows why you've done this): http://www.alzex.com/help/application-settings.html

Perhaps you don't do sync, instead you download the data base to your phone again and again (which makes another copy on you phone each time you've download the file). Read the user guide again carefully please: http://www.alzex.com/help/synchronization.html
