Subscription key and syncronization fail message

I have two computers and two cell phones connected to same database.

Frequently software asks to put back subscription key and also syncronization fail message appears.

How to solve that?

Where do you install software? Don't put the app in cloud folder (Dropbox, etc). Install the app on you PC and put in cloud database file only. Setup sync as described here:
