Hello

it seems that i got a ID Mismatch when i Tryed to Sync my Windows laptop to my Iphone?

just get started with the software and, filled in filled allready some finance's in the windows software.

did tryed it form laptop to iphone and visa versa, but stll the same.

Hello,

You can't sync two different databases, even if they have the same name. Copy your existing database file into Alzex Finance folder in iCloud drive, and it'll appear in the app on your phone. Then setup sync on your PC using this instruction: http://www.alzex.com/help/synchronization.html
