Data base restore

Hello, since I changed my phone, I cannot import my database that I had saved in my Dropbox. In the main configuration interface even when I choose import from cloud the application does not open the browser but no longer the file manager. I even tried to connect to my dropbox account from the browser and I imported the main file located in the Alizex folder of the Dropbox.manually, but the application says that this file is not an Alizex database. What should I do now to have my database on my new phone?

Hello.

You can transfer original database file from your old phone. Or you can store your file in cloud (follow this instruction: https://community.alzex.com/knowledge-base/article/sync_mobile )

Automatic sync is not intended to make backup copies, it's just data exchange between several devices. To open file "main" you should rename it and add .pfd extension, e.g. "my budget.pfd"
