Cannot open a database saved no home laptop

Hi There,

I have a home computer where I use the latest version and all data is synced to Dropbox. This works at home for the most part without issues.

When I installed a version on my enterprise computer one day while at work - to check the balance (as a one timer) and downloaded the synced version from Dropbox. All I could see is 0. Everywhere. No categories, no accounts, no nothing. just a single account with 0.

What is the problem?

Hello. Try to download database again. And be sure that is fresh copy of your database file.

Hi, I have tried multiple times. Downloading to the HDD, also directly from dropbox. Still empty.

The file on the original PC works fine though and is synced to Dropbox...

Is file the same (same size, same date, etc)? If so, try to reinstall the app. Download it from our site, not from other sources: https://www.alzex.com/download/financial-software.html

I have tried that as well. And yes the files are correct.

Will it work with an unregistered version.

Also maybe because it is in a corporate environment of some sort?

Such behavior can be if you’ve installed cracked version. Try to download the app from our site.

Definitively not a cracked version as I have a license (for a translation...)
