Czesc Artur,
The original Polska*.pfd file in your Dropbox folder is now redundant (you can actually delete it, once you are sure your data is backed up). In fact you can UNINSTALL Dropbox client from your PC (of course, if you installed it only for Alzex).
In the recent software versions Alexandr somehow encoded the syncing configuration into the database file itself so what you need to do now is:
1. Have your Alzex database file ready in Alzex app in your mobile phone.
2. Configure Automatic synchronization for the database file in Alzex app in your mobile phone
3. Only then you can use the so called "share" function in Alzex app in your mobile phone to send the configured database file (for example over email etc...) to your desktop computer (the database file contains now the syncing configuration).
4. Store the database file "anywhere" on your PC (no Dropbox client is needed) and open it in the LATEST desktop Alzex software. The database file will now start syncing with your Alzex database in your mobile phone
Unfortunately, at least from what I can see, the current desktop app does not contain any functionality which would indicate to us that the database file is being shared. This is very BAD and I hope Alexandr will soon fix it.
PS. Unfortunately Alzex ( being a very decent program in general, in many ways the best I could find for my budgeting needs) is rather poorly documented (especially new/updated features).
