Transaction ID field

there is no way to see if a transation has been paid only cleared, uncleared and reconciled. Need a way to enter a transaction id to denote transactions that have been paid through a bank website. This id must be visible on transaction view. Thanks.

I am also looking to reconcile I went to you help function and the program in there is totally different then what I have now I am really confused. Is there another program? There is no reconcile function in this program so basically I don't know what my current balance is minus the transactions I have reconciled.

Scheduled transaction is simply template, wchich is used to create real transactions. When transaction is created you can freely change any of it field. If you change the template it affects all future transactions (but not transactions which were already posted).

another issue I just noticed is if i setup a scheduled transaction for a certain amount, lets say 300.00 and my bill comes in for 250.00 it changes it for all subsequent transactions and if I change the subsequent month back to 300.00 it changes my current month to 300.00 as well, its as if the months and the scheduled transactions are not separated by month but as a single transaction. The screen shots I attached shows the initial change screen and then the actual change screen as you can see from the top I have a choice of changing just that transaction all the fields are modifiable or or for the entire scheduled transaction.

it does not work it is carried over for the scheduled transaction month to month, if I addit for october it shows in all subsequent months, the same is true if I delete it in November it will delete it for all months the same is true for every field, tags, comment, and all custom fields.

You can use one of the custom fields for this.

this field must be unique to that transation only, not duplicated on a repeating transactions
