Android and iOs app purchasing

I have a license for Windows business version. How can I pay with my business bank account for Android and iOS app? I need to pay it with business bank account to legacy in my country. I need invoice to my business address(with EU VAT number), so how can I do it? Should I pay on every mobile device wich I want to use with it or can I buy business license for Android and iOS apps too? Can you help me?

Versions for iOS and Android are sold through Apple and Google stores. You should contact their support with all payment related questions. We can do nothing there.
