Lost Dropbox File (DB)

My dropbox database(ios version) had been deleted. But I ve got the file on my ipad.
How do I sync back to dropbox?
Note: I ve recreated the directory Apps/Alzex Finance/ to upload from ios device to dropbox empty directory. I ve the following error when I sync " Synchronization Failed-The operation couldnt be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1009.)

Hello,
Don't create directory manually. This is special app folder which is created automatically when you're connect the app with your Dropbox account. Try to re-connect the app with your account.
