v5.x: Transfer transactions not being included in Actuals under Budgets

When creating a budget in Personal Finances for Windows the user can specify whether to include transfers by checking the box under the Filters area.

However, when calculating the Actual spend for the month, transfer transactions are not getting included. Refer to attached PNG for an example. In the example, there is a budget of £775.80 set; tick box to include transfers is checked. However, in the budget the Actual is showing as £0, but the screen grab from the transactions tab shows that £775.61 in transfers has happened during the month.

Good evening, in this case how can I reflect the payment of an account in the budget ?, since what I want to do is to transfer account A to account B to pay the debt of account B. But I need that this be shown in the budget as a payment of the account.

What solution can you give for this example? or it would only be to create 2 registers one of Income and another one of expense.
