Jason Koehn We are having trouble with an Android not being able to sync. The iPhones that we have a syncing correctly but only some of the new transactions on Android show up on the iPhones and none of then new transactions on iPhone show up on the Android device. We have tried to force sync but that does not help? Is there any help for this? Thanks
Alexandr Hello, Check that all sync settings (file name and account) are the same on all devices. Enable "Keep backup copy in the cloud" option and tap sync now button on all devices. Without this option only recent changes are synced.
