grckarakas Hello, I purchased the product using my Apple account on a Mac. I installed the app on my iPhone. I'm signing in with the same account, but it's not activating on my iPhone. It's stuck in the trial version. I also haven't received an activation code in my email. I'd appreciate any help.
Beto Cuando ingresas a la aplicación del Iphone, dice "i have account", lo seleccionas y te redireccionará a una pagina web, donde dependiente de como hayas adquirido el programa, ingresas sesión o key y listo, account activada. Saludos!
Alexandr Hello, There is no activation key when you buy the app in AppStore, the license is linked to your Apple account and available on all devices with this account. Check that app version is the same on all devices (there are two version: Pro and Home, black and brown icons). Update the app to the latest version and try to restart your phone.
