For the reason I do not understand, some of the transaction categories have disappeared from my database. What is even more troubling, is that despite I had automatic cloud back up set on, when I open back up from the could it includes all transaction categories as they should be, but if i download back up file and save to the local driver and open again, they disappear! It does not matter if I save locally under the same name or change file name, the issue remains the same. Unfortunately Alzex Finance technical support is not helpful and does not answer my messages, so wondering if anyone on this community came across something similar and have some solution to offer?
