Pricing clarity

Hi - I'm about to start using this software but I'd like some clarity on your pricing structure. Does the 'lifetime license' mean I can continue to use the software indefinitely, and pay for updates only when I need them? If so, can I skip versions? Also, if I decide to discontinue using it, can I export my data first?
Mac OS, iOS, Euros.

Hello.
We don’t have lifetime licenses since version 7 release (more than 2 years ago). Now it’s yearly subscription. Subscription includes one license for PC (Windows or Mac) and one license for mobile phone (Android or iOS), cloud sync, app and currency exchange rates updates.
