Hello. I currently have a suscription active for about 4 year working perfectly but for unknown reason this year google play are rejecting the pay. I use my card recently and i checked that everything is in order with my card information.

Its Alzex Pro APK (black wallet) still working?? Cause that one its only Alzex finace APK (brown wallet)

I get a suscription by this new way but now i can't not choose diferent user when open the the Alzex app . I just only alllow to sing in - in administrator mode.

User accounts available in Pro version only. It depends on your license, not on the app version installed.

Let me try to explain you better. I have Alzex Finance Pro 6.2 for desktop and alzex finance Pro APK.(Android) since 2021, but after i bought this new way of cloud sync suscription in the desktop version the user account it work fine but in the phone (android) only allow me to login with de admin user.

both Alzxe version (Android and PC ) are Pro.

Version depends on your license (key). You can check your version in the “about” window.

This is sync subscription, not a license, Home or Pro. A separate subscription for synchronization is required only for users with old perpetual licenses!
