Why is balance different between Android and Windows?

My primary currency is GBP but I use a 2nd currency
The balance is showing in GBP, but the balances are different between Android and Windows
Do currency rates get synchronised along with transactions?

Currency rates are synchronized. Try to click “Sync now” button.
