1-There must be installments (timing) in split transactions.

2-Credit / debit option should be added in split transactions. (It's available in the Android version.)

6-Synchronization can be added between computer and phone without cloud. By connecting to the same network. Anyone can synchronize by connecting to the same network without a cloud. It's in a program I use. (EssentialPIM)

7-Cloud synchronization rarely has problems. (Android - Windows) A few days ago I added a new group on the computer. I accidentally selected the group as the account when adding it. I deleted the account and added the group again with the same name. It was added as a group on my phone first. Later, the group was deleted and an account with the same name was added. The group with the same name appears to be added on the computer. The problem was not fixed. A day later, I deleted this account from the phone and added a group with the same name again, and the problem was resolved. There are minor issues that have happened before. The synchronization stability can be increased.

For point 3 (borrowed money and refunded purchases):

I have created a separate account called "Lending" and "Pending Refunds".

If I lend somebody money, I transfer this from one account into the lending account. If somebody lends me money, I transfer it out of the lending account.

Refunds work the same but I will go back to the purchase and change it from an expense to a transfer into the Pending Refunds account. I then set up a new transaction for the refund itself and leave this as uncleared until I receive the money from the seller.

I have been using this app for about 12 years. Nice and useful application. Sometimes I write down my ideas for the better. Sometimes I think it's taken into account. Program updates so far have fallen short of our expectations. Expect something different than a little interface change. E.g; a credit card menu etc...
Android version has not been updated for a long time. It's like forgotten. In fact, if a little more improvement is made, it can appeal to a much larger customer base. From here, dear Alexandr is also announced.
