[Google Drive] Lost more than one month of operations

Hi!

Yesterday, I noticed that I'm not seeing operations since 2nd September 2021. And I'm sure I updated the operations till last sunday (17th October 2021). Yesterday I tried to connect from my Android but it didn't work. After choosing the file on Google Drive and entering my password, I still got a question mark in the placeholder of file. So I don't know if this the cause of the problem.

Is there something that you can do please?

Hello.
Check the file history in Google Drive and restore previous version if available. We don't recommend to use Google drive for sync. Sometimes it stops updating the file in cloud and then replace actual local copy with the old one from cloud. If you still want to use Google Drive, keep an eye on your file in cloud and make regular backups.

Alexandr Ok. Thank for the answer. I restored the most recent backup and I now pay attention to the Google Drive sync when I'm on my Android Phone.

If you don't recommend to use Google Drive to sync, which cloud are you currently recommending to synk?

We have sync embedded in the app which works in all cases. iCloud works fine on Apple devices. Android however... Other cloud services may work for someone but don't work on your devices, your Android version, etc. You have to try.

I finally left Google drive. I'm trying Dropbox for sync.

Onedrive works quite ok for me (windows + Android)
