can I use pers.fin. at my Iphone and sync it with my Windows PC ?

I've used this software a couple of years before and I was thinking about using it again. Now I have an Iphone, and a Windows PC. I'd like to know if I'll be able to sync both of them, so I can make changes at one device and sync them when I'm at home.
