On my android phone I was getting the error -100 too. What I did is very easy:
1. At my android cell phone I did an uninstall of the app;
2. After uninstall, i've downloaded a new apk file from website, that shows: "110 days left", and start working again.
3. Then I acessed dropbox, downloaded the file and now it works fine.
There is no secret about what I did.
I like to make changes only for pc (for while), because I know that the android software is a beta version. So, I didn't loss any data of my actual base. I use the android only to see and if have any expense to put there, but later the expense is added by the Windows Version.
