How to analyze your financial situation in Alzex Finance app

The app has various and customizable graphical reports. Here you can find a lot of useful information, for example: price dynamics or payee balances.

At the top we can see the report settings: report type, what data to show and how to group it. On the bottom panel you can choose which categories will be shown on the chart. By double-clicking on the category you can drill down to the subcategories. Here are shown the amounts for the current and previous periods as well as dynamics.

Using the buttons at the very bottom you can select or deselect all rows. By enabling the display of all categories and sorting the list alphabetically, you can fix the color and position of each category on the graph when viewing different time intervals.

Overview report

The "Overview" report shows the total values of expenses or income for the selected period. Data can be grouped by categories, family members, payees, as well as by accounts or transaction descriptions.

Trends report

Here we see the balance of all accounts. The buttons below allow you to select the type of the graph. Similarly, you can see the balance, for example, of all payees. This is the total income (or loss) for each payee. Also here is the cash flow report, and finally, income or expenses separately.

Data can be grouped by categories, family members, payees, as well as by accounts or transaction descriptions. Not only the amount, but also the price or quantity can be shown on graph. This way, you can track the price dynamics of a particular product or service. You can also select a grouping interval.

Cashflow report

The last report is called "Cashflow". It displays four graphs simultaneously: balance, expenses, income, and cashflow. There are no additional settings, so you need to use filters to get a report for a specific category or payee.
